What is the GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is a new comprehensive data protection law in the European Union (“EU”) that updates existing laws to strengthen the protection of personal data in light of rapid technological developments, increased globalization, and more complex international flows of personal data. It replaces the patchwork of national data protection laws currently in place with a single set of rules, directly enforceable in each EU member state. The GDPR went into effect on May 25, 2018.

How does GDPR apply to Meettrics?
Meettrics is committed to complying with GDPR, and enabling our customers to comply with GDPR. We care deeply about the privacy of our users and keeping their data secure. That is why Meettrics is GDPR compliant.

List of Subprocessors
Meettrics collaborate with third party service providers to assist Meettrics in delivering services to our customers. We carefully consider security and privacy concerns before pursuing a collaboration with a third party. These third party service providers are sub-processors of Meettrics. Meettrics will only colaborate with sub-processors when certain security standard are met. Currently Meettrics works with sub-processors but does not exchange personal data in throughout collaboration. If this will change, Meettrics will notify their users and publish a list of sub-processors here. We don't like tracking so this should never change but we are obligated to inform you that we will inform you. Please ensure that any integrations configured for your Meettrics accounts are added to your own subprocessor list. While we provide integrations like Hubspot and Zapier, we do not export or process any of our data to those third parties.
