Short description:
This workshop follows the process of a mix of an ethnographic approach with qualitative user research to gather all the requirements for understanding needs and focusing on co-creation with different groups from the stakeholders and your hub management team. You will use the "Innovation Ecosystem Canvas" as a ecosystem and hub methodology and the "Needs Canvas", "Future Canvas" and "Collaboration Plan Canvas" to complete an overview of the co-creation process. The result will be your innovation hub strategy. 

What will you learn? You will learn how to work together with the actors and stakeholders of your innovation hub and innovation ecosystem to create the hub programs, strategy, activities and trainings that they are required for them and for the success of your strategy. 

for who: this workshop is for coordinators and managers of innovation hubs and as well for innovation consultants who wants to support innovation hubs to know the strategies and tasks. 

This masterclass is also suitable for innovation teams and innovation managers who wants to create a different dimension for their organization from a team to a hub. This is a way to increase the impact of your innovation. and co-create together with their employees and other departments from their organization.

Jara Pascual
CEO of Collabwith, author of the book "Innovation and Collaboration in the Digital Era". Consultant and professor at different universities. Board member of the K4I Innovation Forum at the European Parliament. Expert advisor on innovation in the European Parliament and the European Commission and Chair of the WG Innovation Ecosystems of the European IoT Alliance and Board Member of AMIT-MIT. Jara is a telecommunications engineer from Pompeu Fabra University, and has an MBA from RSM Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Jara is host of the podcast "Business of Collaboration" and writes about innovation in different digital magazines. Jara has 15 years experience in innovation management doing innovation cultural transformations and projects in corporate companies such as adidas Group, ECCO, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and R&D labs.
