Mastering the art of connection shouldn't require changing who you are. In this game-changing Collabwith Masterclass, communication strategist Nadine Nembach redefines professional connection with Networking 2.0: Small Talk. This session is specifically tailored for introverts, high-capacity intelligent individuals, and anyone who finds traditional, superficial networking draining or counterproductive.

Nadine will dismantle the myth that you need to be an aggressive extrovert to build a powerful network. Instead, you will learn how to navigate diverse personality dynamics using the "Eagle vs. Parrot" framework—understanding how to communicate effectively with both results-driven, high-level strategists and highly expressive, energetic networkers.

Crucially, the masterclass focuses on bypassing the ego. Nadine will share actionable techniques to quiet internal anxieties and overthinking, allowing you to focus entirely on mutual value and authentic presence. You will walk away with a practical toolkit to transform small talk from an awkward obligation into an intellectual tool for deep, high-impact collaboration. Whether you want to command a room quietly or find your niche in crowded ecosystems, this masterclass provides the blueprint to network successfully on your own terms. Join us live to elevate your connection strategy!

About the teacher:

Nadine Nembach, President of EWMD and psychologist for leadership. She started in 2018 at EWMD, when I attended the International Conference in Ingelheim. I was immediately impressed by a lot of things: the quality of the organization, speakers, workshops. However, what impressed her most were the women present. The multitude of occupations, interests, stories and nations. This has not changed ever since; it has intensified over my time being an EWMD member. As a network only lives and thrives with active members, She has joined in a lot of activities since becoming a member: Organization of the national conference Germany in Hamburg 2018 (concept + process team)CM responsible for Bavaria together with Katrin Neuendorf Big sister for new EWMD members Organisation of local events chapter Bavaria (events, speakers, rooms, invitations) E.g: Facilitation of the workshop "New Work Survival Kit - Resilienz mal ganz praktisch!" (Munich, 11.07.19) Development of Mentoring Programme EWMD Bavaria (in progress)It is an honour to work for EWMD international as International Co-President together with her colleague Tanju. They are working on an intensive international communication and collaboration amongst EWMD members and in connection with other associations and companies. As an international expert for leadership and customer delight, I travel the world for her customers. 34 countries and 68 nationalities so far. When working with people she feels it is most important to find the flow that will enable them to tap their potential and find out what they are able to do as individuals as well as organizations. Passion, energy and fun are prerequisites for this, and therefore some of the most important tools I use. Nadine's background is a diploma in psychology. Being a trainer, coach, facilitator and speaker, she has been easing her customers' path for more than 20 years on the way to (re-) discovering their golden thread.
