Short description:
This workshop includes the roadmap of collaboration, the emotional intelligence introduction and understanding how to apply it from the beginning of a collaboration and during the collaboration. You will learn to use the "Emotional Intelligence Canvas" and the Mood Meter with your collaborative team and for any type of communications during the collaboration process including meeting guidelines.

You will learn how to start and maintaint a collaborative team for your innovation projects, consortiums, and other collaborations includying for your team tasks.

for who: this workshop is for coordinators and managers of innovation hubs and as well for innovation consultants who wants to support innovation hubs to know the strategies and tasks.
