Description:

This workshop explains the importance of budget management for micro-ecosystems, how to create a financial planning with budgets, diversity of funding, diversification of services, pricing structure for their services including the tension between free and paid. We will work with the behavioral economics theory, and how to use it in the strategy of the micro-ecosystems, how to plan annual budgets for the costs, and the emotional intelligence to manage "money mindset".

What will you learn? 

Communities, micro-ecosystems and innovation initiatives have the lifetime of their public funding, and then after the public funding is finished, the community is facing off. You will learn to create a financial plan (with the basics of finance) to create a self-sustain and long lasting innovation micro-ecosystem.
