Masterclass: Overcoming Harassment & Reclaiming Growth

Harassment and boundary violations can quietly derail even the most resilient entrepreneurs. Beyond the immediate disruption, the subtle weight of shame, anxiety, and fear often forces business owners to shrink their vision, hesitate on new opportunities, or stall their growth entirely.
Led by expert Nadine Nembach, this transformative Collabwith Masterclass provides founders, leaders, and professionals with actionable strategies to handle challenging interpersonal situations with confidence and clarity. Rather than allowing fear or conflict to pause your momentum, you will learn how to proactively establish firm boundaries, enforce professional respect, and cultivate safe, empowering work environments.

Key Highlights:

  • Break the Silence: Overcome the emotional barriers of shame and fear that hold your business back from reaching its full potential.
  • Set Firm Boundaries: Assert respect and clear limits in professional dynamics without risking your reputation or business deals.
  • Proactive Prevention: Identify early warning signs and implement safeguards to protect yourself, your team, and your brand.
  • Ignite Business Expansion: Turn boundary setting into a catalyst for personal confidence, professional trust, and accelerated growth.

Step into your authority, safeguard your enterprise, and reclaim your business narrative. Join us to transform vulnerability into an engine for long-term impact and sustainable success.

About the teacher

Nadine Nembach, President of EWMD and psychologist for leadership. She started in 2018 at EWMD, when I attended the International Conference in Ingelheim. I was immediately impressed by a lot of things: the quality of the organization, speakers, workshops. However, what impressed her most were the women present. The multitude of occupations, interests, stories and nations. This has not changed ever since; it has intensified over my time being an EWMD member. As a network only lives and thrives with active members, She has joined in a lot of activities since becoming a member: Organization of the national conference Germany in Hamburg 2018 (concept + process team)CM responsible for Bavaria together with Katrin Neuendorf Big sister for new EWMD members Organisation of local events chapter Bavaria (events, speakers, rooms, invitations) E.g: Facilitation of the workshop "New Work Survival Kit - Resilienz mal ganz praktisch!" (Munich, 11.07.19) Development of Mentoring Programme EWMD Bavaria (in progress)It is an honour to work for EWMD international as International Co-President together with her colleague Tanju. They are working on an intensive international communication and collaboration amongst EWMD members and in connection with other associations and companies. As an international expert for leadership and customer delight, I travel the world for her customers. 34 countries and 68 nationalities so far. When working with people she feels it is most important to find the flow that will enable them to tap their potential and find out what they are able to do as individuals as well as organizations. Passion, energy and fun are prerequisites for this, and therefore some of the most important tools I use. Nadine's background is a diploma in psychology. Being a trainer, coach, facilitator and speaker, she has been easing her customers' path for more than 20 years on the way to (re-) discovering their golden thread.
